Welcome folks, Our 3rd annual “Smokin Eagles International BBQ Festival is in the books. Some estimate the attendance around 20,000, from Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm. That’s a lot of great BBQ gobbled up by your friends, neighbors, and area visitors from the USA and Canada. In our 4th event “Aug. 12-14, 2011” teams, judges, and BBQ lovers from around the world know that our events “Old Falls Street Rib Fest” and “Smokin Eagles International BBQ Festival” are the real deal. Our very first Grand Champion, Vlado and Danielle Dimovski from team www.divaq.ca was one of the stars on “TLC’s BBQPitmasters show 2nd season. We as a BBQ team travel to different events in the USA and meet a ton of fine folks that plan to attend our event in the future. They have read about our event from Rocky Danner’s article in the www.barbecuenews.com In our 1st two yrs we inched forward, in our 3rd year we made great strides with the right people, resources, and location to make our two events some of the finest food events in Western New York.
