Backyard and Kids-Q teams are welcome to set up after 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 13th, 2011 stay and enjoy the festivities

On Friday August 12th, 2011 a barbeque judging class will be held at the Knights of Columbus,55 Main Street, Tonawanda NY. Class cost is $20.00 a person with no cost to participate in judging the competition on August 13- 14th 2011 as well as any other competition held in the future. Pre-application is a must, applicants need to contact:

prior to Aug. 10th to be eligible for the training session. Your twenty dollar fee must be submitted with application. All judges who qualify after the class will be asked to judge the contest to determine the winners on August 13, 2011..The class will include, judging sheets, cleansing of the pallet instruction, discussion on different topics of areas of BBQ, on hand training and an actual testing and judging of a BBQ.
