Class cost is $20.00 a person plus $20.00 to judge the contest on Saturday/Sunday. August 14- 15th 2010 as well as any other competition held in the future. Pre-application is a must, applicants need to contact: Honcho by phone@ 716-695-3755 or email at: smokineaglesbbq@buffalo.com prior to Aug. 10th to be eligible for the training session. Your twenty dollar fee must be submitted with application. All judges who qualify after the class will be asked to judge the contest to determine the winners on August 14, 2010..The class will include, judging sheets, cleansing of the pallet instruction, discussion on different topics of areas of BBQ, on hand training and an actual testing and judging of a BBQ.
