What we intend to do is bring good BBQ to Western New York. By highlighting the current BBQ restaurants, and teach the interested the fine art of low-slow BBQ, and build a network of those that love good BBQ.
We enjoy making BBQ friends and raising money for charities that benefit our local communities.
